Production

At Aydın Madencilik, calcite production begins with crushing raw calcite extracted from our own licensed mining sites, followed by micronization in German Hosokawa Alpine mills. It then passes through classification, optional stearic-acid coating and quality control before being prepared for packaging and shipment.

Our vertically integrated production structure ensures consistent quality and stability at every stage, from raw material to the finished product. Our Production Stages

Our micronized calcite production consists of controlled, traceable stages:

• Raw material and crushing: sourcing from licensed sites, size reduction.
• Micronization: grinding in Hosokawa Alpine mills.
• Classification: to the required d50/d97 range.
• Coating (optional): surface modification with stearic acid.
• Quality control and packaging: lab testing, CoA, packing.
